Calcium carbonate (35 %), magnesium carbonate (25 %), sodium bicarbonate (18 %), potassium bicarbonate (10 %), potassium citrate (5 %), magnesium salt of citric acid (5 %), filler mannitol, manganese gluconate (0.2 %), carrier silicaure (5 %), filler mannitol, manganese gluconate (0.2 %), carrier silicon dioxide, zinc oxide (0.2 %), copper gluconate (0.1 %), chromium(III) chloride (0.003 %).
Instructions for use
Adults take one teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) of alkaline powder 3 times a day after meals together with plenty of water (at least 150 ml to 200 ml). Tip: To improve the acid-base balance, you can also stir the alkaline powder into yoghurt or muesli.
