The FitnessMadLe set of 3 massage balls with nubs is perfect for self-massage. They relieve muscle tension, detoxify, and improve circulation. The balls are lightweight and easy to transport, allowing you to use them before or after your workout. With this 3-piece set, you can choose from three different hardness levels. If you use the balls for rehabilitation purposes, you can gradually increase the intensity or select a different hardness level for various body areas.

Choose the appropriate hardness level and simply roll the ball around the area to be massaged:

• For the lower back or glutes, start sitting and place the ball between your back and a chair or against a wall.
• For the calves and thighs, sit or lie on the floor and place the ball between yourself and the ground, then gently roll it back and forth.
• For the shoulders or upper back, place the ball standing between your back/shoulders and a wall, then let it roll.
• For the neck, let the ball roll between your neck and your open palm – the same technique applies to the arms.
