Product details

Our Fitness-Mad Peanut massage ball is excellent for relieving tense muscles. Its incline allows the ball to target the back muscles without putting pressure on the spine. It is also ideal for massaging the neck, shoulders, hips, glutes, sit bones, and calves. Perfect for helping to reduce muscle pain and tension. It can be used before or after workouts or for general massage.

How to apply the back massage: Stand next to a wall and place the ball between your back and the wall. Ensure that the dip is aligned with your spine (i.e., not touching) and that each side of the ball is in contact with your back muscles. Lean against the wall with the ball between your back and the wall, and roll up and down while gently squatting and standing back up. Make sure your feet are about hip-width apart - do not let your knees extend beyond your toes when you are at the lowest point of the squat. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise, massage, or rehabilitation program.

  • Perfect for use before or after workouts.
  • For loosening tense and uncomfortable muscles.
  • Used for self-massage.
  • Dimensions: 14 cm (L) x 6.5 cm diameter (at the widest point).
  • Warning: Not suitable for individuals with back injuries or back pain - always consult your doctor or a qualified medical professional before use.
