Fitness Mad Massage ball

This small, textured massage ball can be used to relax tense and uncomfortable muscles, and it may help release toxins and improve circulation. It is best used in pairs to target trigger points or for a double muscle massage. You can hold one in each hand, place one under each foot, or use them to help maintain balance when positioned on either side of the spine or under the buttocks.
