Barley malt, beta-glucan from barley, dried lemon balm.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets of Femaltiker® per day together with a meal. Due to its mechanism of action, it is recommended that Femaltiker® is consumed 30-60 minutes before planned breastfeeding or expressing breast milk. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approx. 150 ml of cool or lukewarm milk and mix thoroughly. If you are allergic or intolerant to cow's milk, you can easily switch to other types of milk, e.g. plant-based milk such as barley, soya, rice, oat or spelt milk (or simply water). The product can also be used as an additive to natural or flavoured yoghurt. Femaltiker® can be used from the 2nd day after birth.
