Choice of CPAP pillow size:

For an average man, size M is perfectly suitable. If you are over 1.80 metres tall and have a good shoulder width, L is ideal. For a rather short person who is less than 1.60 metres tall, S may also be suitable instead of M. The most important thing is to consider the thickness of the pillow in relation to the shoulder width. Here are the sizes:
