Multichrome eyeshadow topper. Water-based. Application: Apply to the eyelid with a finger or brush & allow to dry for a few seconds. Keep the sealing tab and close the cap tightly after each use. During the drying time, the texture may have a slightly warming or tingling effect that only lasts for a short time.
