ESN Eaa

Recommended consumption: Mix 14 g of powder (1 scoop) in 500 ml of water. Fill the scoop loosely or use a tablespoon full. The best preparation is achieved with a hand shaker; shaking will completely dissolve the powder, resulting in a crystal-clear amino drink. Please do not shake too vigorously. It is particularly recommended to consume before, during, or after training. On training-free days, take one serving in the morning after waking up.
