This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and its use is free of charge. The condition for asserting a warranty claim is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expense related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase warranty for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
