Energybalance Nigari Magnesium Chloride
1 Piece, Powder, 500 gProduct details
Nigari is a traditional bitter salt obtained from seawater in Japan, with a high content of natural magnesium chloride. It serves as a coagulant and is primarily used in Japanese cuisine for tofu production. The traditional Nigari is sourced from seawater off the coast of Japan. It is plant-based, gluten-free, lactose-free, and suitable for diabetics.
Consumption recommendation: Dissolve 3 measuring spoons in 1 glass of water and drink preferably on an empty stomach, twice daily in the morning and evening. Nigari contains 11.95% magnesium. Adults require 300-400 mg of magnesium per day, which corresponds to 2.51-3.35 grams of Nigari.
Protect from sunlight, close immediately after opening, and store in a dry place with less than 32% humidity. Nigari is hygroscopic and begins to absorb moisture from the air at 32% relative humidity, regardless of air temperature.
