Unscrew the lid and fill the Emser Nasal Shower Nasanita up to the mark with lukewarm water (125 ml). The water should be at least drinking water quality and not warmer than 50°. Please follow the instructions for use and add the contents of one sachet of Emser salt 1.475 g. Important: Dissolve the salt completely by shaking and fold the nosepiece upwards as far as it will go. Cover the lid valve with your finger. Now place the Emser Nasal douche Nasanita on one of your child's nostrils. Then remove your finger from the lid valve. The solution now runs into the nostril, rinses around the nasal septum and runs out again to the other nostril. You can also gently squeeze the rinsing container. This gently increases the rinsing pressure. In this way, the upper sections of the nasal cavity, especially the areas of the connecting passages to the paranasal sinuses, are cleaned better.
