Eltabia Organic Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is also known by the names sleep berry, Indian ginseng, horse herb, or winter cherry. Sleep berry shrubs grow to about one to two meters in height and bear bright red fruits. However, for use, only the leaves and primarily the root of the plant are of interest.
