Eltabia Organic Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is also known by the names sleep berry, Indian ginseng, horse herb, or winter cherry. Sleep berry shrubs grow about one to two meters tall and bear bright red fruits. However, for use, only the leaves and mainly the root of the plant are of interest. In botany, it belongs to the nightshade family, is called Withania somnifera, and is considered a natural adaptogen.
