Eltabia Organic Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is also known by the names sleep berry, Indian ginseng, horse herb, or winter cherry. Sleep berry shrubs grow about one to two meters tall and bear bright red fruits. However, only the leaves and primarily the root of the plant are of interest for use. In botany, it belongs to the nightshade family, is called Withania somnifera, and is considered a natural adaptogen. Adaptogens are plant substances that are said to help the body adapt to physical and emotional stress situations.
