Eltabia Kurkuma

Turmeric is also known as yellow root, Indian saffron, or yellow ginger and belongs to the ginger family. The turmeric plant can grow up to one meter tall, has strong green leaves, and features a colorful crown during flowering. The special part of this medicinal plant is the so-called rhizomes, which are the tuber-like underground sprouts of the plant that we can purchase as turmeric root. Few spices receive as much attention in Indian Ayurveda as turmeric. It is also used in many areas of traditional Chinese medicine.
