Drive Ecotec 2G

The Drive Standard Ecotec 2G wheelchair without drum brake is a particularly lightweight, manoeuvrable and functional wheelchair for everyday use. It combines well thought-out features with high stability and driving comfort. The swivelling armrests make it easy to get in from the side and facilitate transfers, while the removable footplates with heel strap provide additional support. The seat height can be individually adjusted between 46 and 51 cm and can therefore be optimally adapted to the user's needs. The upholstered backrest and seat cushion ensure comfortable seating. The aluminium wheel fork has a three-position height adjustment, which offers additional flexibility when driving. The powder-coated steel hand rims feel good in the hand and are robust for everyday use. The integrated brake lever extension is both extendable and foldable - ideal for people with limited reach. The standard quick-release axle enables the wheels to be fitted and removed quickly, which is particularly practical during transport. With a 175 x 45 mm PU castor wheel at the front and a 24" solid rubber drive wheel at the rear, the wheelchair is reliable and smooth-running on various surfaces. The Ecotec 2G is crash-tested in accordance with ISO 7176-19 and approved for passenger transport in vehicles, provided that approved passenger and wheelchair restraint systems are used.
