Product details

The body cannot produce sufficient amounts of vitamin B12. Therefore, it must be obtained through food. Since animal products are the main sources of vitamin B12, a pronounced vegetarian or vegan lifestyle can lead to a deficiency in vitamin B12. Take 1 vegan capsule daily with some liquid. Each capsule contains 2.5 micrograms of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and covers 100% of the daily requirement.
