Energy and performance. Iron, folic acid and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 are necessary for the formation of red blood cells and support normal haematopoiesis. Iron also contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and vitamin C increases iron absorption. The sticks also contain rosehips and have a pleasant raspberry flavour - without any sugar. Sweeteners: xylitol**, sorbitol**; beetroot powder; ascorbic acid; iron(II) fumarate; rose hip powder 2.6 %; acerola powder 2.1 %; natural raspberry flavour; acidifier: citric acid; pyridoxine; riboflavin; Quatrefolic® ((6S)-5 methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt); cyanocobalamin.
Instructions for use
1 stick daily. Place the contents of one stick on the tongue, allow to dissolve and swallow. Use half the dosage for children from 4-14 years.
