Original Dr. Andres Nasal Ointment moisturizes, cares for, and protects the nasal mucosa. It is used for dry and irritated nasal membranes. The ointment has a pleasant mint oil scent and helps to dissolve crusts. It supports the regeneration of sore, cracked nasal mucosa, making it supple and moist again. Original Dr. Andres Nasal Ointment is a mixture of natural lanolin, mineral water, peppermint oil, and vitamin E. A healthy, moist nasal mucosa provides the best protection against invading viruses and bacteria. For people with allergies, the ointment alleviates hay fever and other allergic rhinitis symptoms by creating a mechanical barrier against pollen, dust mites, or other allergens. It is recommended for cold, dry weather, prolonged stays in air-conditioned or heated rooms, in extremely dry air (mountains, air travel, car and train journeys), as well as for supportive treatment of a stuffy nose. Application: Insert a small amount of ointment into the nose 2-3 times daily; gentle pressure on the nostrils helps to spread the ointment.
