Use/Recommendation for use: Take 1 tablet once daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.

Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose filler, dicalcium phosphate filler, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, anti-caking agents, fatty acids, talc, magnesium salts, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose filler, titanium dioxide colour, coconut oil, hydroxypropyl cellulose, menaquinone, cholecalciferol.
