The soluble fibers promote the growth of beneficial bacteria such as lactobacilli or bifidobacteria and optimize the balance in the gut. Application:
Initially, start with 1 scoop or 1 sachet per day. This can easily be stirred into warm or cold foods or dissolved in a glass of water. Digesan® Fibre is completely water-soluble, tasteless, and non-swelling. After 3 days, the dosage can be increased up to a maximum of 5 scoops or 5 sachets daily (recommended from age 11). This can be continued or reduced again upon improvement of symptoms to find the personal optimal dose.
