High-performance yet comfortable and user-friendly eyeliner pencil made of plastic for the outer lash line. The rich and creamy texture allows for quick and secure application for instant, intense color payoff.

Eyeliner pencil for external use with an ultra-soft texture. Fast-drying, long-lasting, waterproof formula for pigment-rich and smudge-proof color. Transfer-proof formula with a matte finish.

Apply the pencil to the lash line before applying eyeshadow. The product can also be used as an eyeliner to complete the eye look.

The particularly rich and creamy texture of this pencil makes blending easy. However, since this product dries and sets quickly on the skin, it should be blended and smudged well before drying and setting.
