Soft and velvety plastic pencil. Waterproof and long-lasting formula for pigment-rich and precise application. This pencil delivers richly pigmented color that glides on smoothly and evenly.

Plastic eye pencil with waterproof formula. Available in a single black shade, it adds depth to your eyes with precise, even, and matte strokes. Creamy fast-drying and smudge-proof texture. For external use only.

Apply the pencil to the upper and lower lash line and then blend with the specific eye brush. Its soft texture will make the application easy without feeling dry.

For even more intense and long-lasting looks, we suggest layering a dark eyeshadow on top of it with a small-medium applicator.
