Water-soluble compact powder eyeliner. Makeup professionals love it for its versatility and buildability. The special latex applicator makes it extremely easy to use while delivering professional performance.

How to use: Moisten the applicator, dip it in the powder until you obtain an almost "creamy" texture. Proceed with the application by drawing small strokes along the lashes, creating a clean, precise line. As an eyeshadow, it can be used dry for a blurred and softer effect or wet to obtain intense black and flawless staying power.
