Demeter Hyacinth Perfume by Demeter is a floral unisex fragrance from 2018 featuring a surprisingly complex two-note composition. This intensely fragrant flower, which blooms in spring, is named after an ancient Spartan hero whom Apollo loved deeply. When Hyacinth died in an accident, the grieving Apollo caused violet, white, blue, and pink flower clusters to grow from the young man's blood. Its scent is equally legendary: this note reveals its bright floral, aquatic, spicy, green, and sweet tones.
