Bailleul-Biorga Cystiphane Hair and Nails contains 120 tablets and is a food supplement based on cystine of plant origin, arginine, zinc and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cystine. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal hair and nails and protects the cells from oxidative stress. Hair and nails retain strength and vitality thanks to zinc. Directions: Take 4 tablets per day, either in one or two intakes with meals, as a repeatable 3-month course. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
