Product details
Triphala, also known as three fruits, is considered the most important food supplement and the most important Rasayana in Ayurveda. It consists of equal parts of the three fruits amalaki (Indian gooseberry), haritaki (myrobalan) and bibhitaki (green belerian myrobalan). Amalaki primarily calms pitta, haritaki mainly harmonises vata and bibhitaki mainly soothes kapha. The combination of the three fruits balances all doshas.
