Instructions for use | 2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: 201.4 mg ashvagandha extract powder with 10 mg withanolides, 196.5 mg liquorice, 4.9 μg vitamin D3 = 98 % NRV, 3 mg zinc = 30 % NRV, 40 mg vitamin C (from plant extracts) = 50 % NRV. *Vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system (body's defences). |
