Vitamin D is a multi-talent. The super vitamin is a key factor in the prevention and treatment of diseases of civilisation. According to experts, up to 90% of the population is deficient in vitamin D, especially in the winter months. From October to April, no vitamin D is produced in the skin at our latitudes. In contrast to other vitamins, D3 is hardly found in food (in small amounts in animal fats, fish, eggs, dairy products and mushrooms). It is therefore advisable to take the health factor D3 as a supplement. It supports the body in maintaining bones, muscle function and teeth. It contributes to a good immune system, has a positive function in cell division and is important for the calcium level in the blood as well as for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
