The Chaga Plus capsules from Chrisana contain chaga mushroom powder, sensibly supplemented with beta-glucans, natural vitamin C from acerola cherries and zinc. Vitamin C and zinc support the immune system.
The Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is also known as the Schiller mushroom. It is originally native to Russia and Scandinavia. It grows on the trunks of birch trees and has been used for hundreds of years to support well-being.
One capsule contains 200 mg chaga mushroom powder, 40 mg beta-glucans, 12 mg vitamin C and 1.5 mg zinc.
