Vanille Antique is the first fragrance from Byredo to be made from one of the rarest raw materials in perfumery. The smoky scent of the vanilla pod is enriched with history and character and transformed into something unexpected - less syrupy and with more nuances. The expected sweetness of vanilla is punctuated by earthy and dark textures - a warm blend of cashmere, cistus and musk forms an intoxicating olfactory experience.

By distilling a pure essence using an ancient, luxurious and refined perfume tradition, even a small amount works on the skin, unfolding through body heat and lasting for several hours.
