Kilian Hennessy's inspiration: When launching a collection, Kilian Hennessy felt it was time to pay tribute to its heritage as heir to the famous French cognac family and its selection of olfactory intoxicants for living the night until dawn. As his first collaboration with perfumer Franck Voelkl, Kilian Hennessy wanted to recreate the tasting of "gin on the rocks" with a splash of lime, reminiscent of his wife's favourite drink. The perfume: Who loves notes of gin distilled with rose and cucumber? The Roses on Ice perfume opens with the aquatic freshness of cucumber and the aromatic lift of juniper berries, creating an icy-fresh sensation, rounded off in an accord of luscious rose centifolia. After the drydown of sandalwood and musk, the fragrance expresses the sharp but deeply infused character of gin. Perfume notes: Cucumber, rose juniper and sandalwood Perfumer: Frank Voelk.

Instructions for use
In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
