Burgerstein Biotics-G: Starch (maize), modified starch, inulin, protein (vegetable), potassium chloride, live bacteria and yeast cultures*, magnesium sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), manganese sulphate, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). *Bifidobacterium animalis W53, Bifidobacterium bifidum W23, Bifidobacterium lactis W51, Lactobacillus acidophilus W22, Lactobacillus brevis W63, Lactobacillus casei W56, Lactobacillus helveticus W74, Lactobacillus paracasei W20, Lactobacillus plantarum W1, Lactobacillus rhamnosus W140, Lactobacillus rhamnosus WGG, Lactococcus lactis W58, Enterococcus faecium W54, Pediococcus acidilactici W143, Saccharomyces boulardii W187. Burgerstein L-Glutamine: L-glutamine, bulking agents (cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose, modified starch, triglycerides). Pharmawerk Weinböhla Activomin: 1 capsule contains 400 mg natural humic acids. The capsule shell consists of cellulose coloured with chlorophyll.
Instructions for use
1st week: Activomin: 3x daily 2 capsules 2nd week: Activomin 3x daily 2 capsules 3rd week: Activomin: 3x daily 1 capsule after meals + Burgerstein Biotics-G Week 3: Activomin: 1 capsule 3 times daily after meals + Burgerstein Biotics-G 1 sachet daily 30 minutes before breakfast + 1 measuring spoon of L-glutamine powder stirred into a glass of water and taken once daily Week 4: Activomin: 1 capsule twice daily after meals + Burgerstein Biotics-G 1 sachet daily 30 minutes before breakfast + 1 measuring spoon of L-glutamine powder stirred into a glass of water and taken once daily Week 4: Activomin: 2 x 1 capsule daily after meals + Burgerstein Biotics-G daily 1 sachet 30 minutes before breakfast + 1 measuring spoon of L-glutamine powder once a day, stir into a glass of water and take 5. Week 5: Burgerstein Biotics-G daily 1 sachet 30 minutes before breakfast + 1 measuring spoon of L-glutamine powder once a day, stir into a glass of water and take 6.
