Edible gelatine, bulking agent (soya oill), calcium L-ascorbate, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols, d-alpha-tocopherol), zinc gluconate, humectant (glycerol), taurine, nicotinamide, lutein from tagetes, manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, carotene-containing seaweed extract, vitamin B2, colouring (iron oxide), zeaxanthin, folic acid, sodium selenate.
Instructions for use
1 shot daily for 3 to 4 days before important competitions. On the day of the competition itself, 1 portion approx. 2.5 to 3 hours before the event.
