Serobioma capsules from Bromatech are a food supplement with L-theanine, L-cystinum, bifidus bacteria, lactic acid bacteria and vitamin B2. Recommended daily dose: Take 2 capsules per day (e.g. in the morning and evening) after meals with a large glass of water. The capsules can also be opened and the powder taken with water or tea. Do not exceed 40 degrees. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children. The stated minimum shelf life refers to the sealed packaging stored in accordance with the instructions. The raw materials and packs are produced in factories that also process milk and soya.
