The combination of three active forms (including methylcobalamin B12) and folic acid (vitamin B9) ensures better bioavailability and tolerability. This is particularly important for active people with a plant-orientated diet and during pregnancy.
The vitamin B12 tablets are vegan (HPMC capsule shell). As you would expect from Brandl, no additives are used.
High-dose vitamin B12 - 500 µg vitamin B12 is perfectly supplemented with 200 µg folic acid. Among other things, vitamin B12 can contribute to the reduction of tiredness and the normal function of the immune system.
