Governors Island by Bond No. 9 is a fragrance inspired by the neighborhoods and landmarks of New York City. This exotic, incense-rich scent evokes the mysterious depths of the island's forest and employs deep, sensual notes that typically only form the base of a perfume. It features top notes of Ambrox, a synthetic version of ambergris, along with resinous incense and cedarwood. The base of the fragrance includes grassy vetiver notes as well as white musk and muscenone, which enhance the effect of the musk.
