Dietary supplement in capsule form with patented KSM-66 Ashwagandha, complemented with magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6. This high-dose, vegan Ashwagandha provides 600 mg of the unique branded raw material per daily serving. Ayurvedic medicine has long utilized Indian ginseng for its ability to reduce biological stress. For optimal recovery during muscle building, each capsule contains additional magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6.
