For all women who want a liquid eyeliner that stays in place for a long time. Why is it special? Highly pigmented, the gel texture enables great "moments" from subtle to dramatic. Easy to apply, long-lasting, colour-true, does not smear. How to use it? Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush (sold separately) completely into the gel texture and gently brush off excess paint. Work quickly, applying eyeliner in short, even strokes close to the lash line - from the inner corner of the eye to the outer.
