The new training and fascia tool from Blackroll can be used for massaging the shoulder and chest muscles, forearms, and soles of the feet. The Blackroll Twister features a curved and textured surface. The curvature and the nubs allow for targeted stimulation of trigger points and trigger bands. The combination of pressure and stretching is particularly effective.

Similar to a sponge, fascia tissue can dry out. When this happens, the fascia becomes very inelastic and quite immobile. Using the Blackroll Twister, a fascia roller, or floss band helps to rehydrate the fascia tissue.

With its round shape, this small massage device fits comfortably in the hand. Pressure can be applied to specific areas of the body using one's own body weight. The Twister can be used in a variety of ways.
