The Blackroll Posture can be worn easily under or over clothing, for example, at the workplace in front of the computer or during workouts. The posture trainer directly supports good posture. The Blackroll Posture can be perfectly adjusted to the body using a Velcro strap. At the beginning, it should only be worn as long as one is actively able to keep the posture upright. This active straightening and pulling the shoulders back can lead to muscle soreness. Once you find yourself just "hanging" in the Posture, it should be removed to give the muscles a few hours of rest. Often, a tight chest muscle can also hinder the ability to maintain an upright posture. To maximize the effect of the Posture, it is necessary to intensively release the chest muscles two to three times a week.
