20% softer than the BLACKROLL Standard, making it very suitable for beginners in therapy as well as in yoga and Pilates. The BLACKROLL MED is approximately 20% softer than the BLACKROLL STANDARD and is perceived as "soft." The MED is particularly well-suited for therapeutic use and for individuals with high sensitivity to pain. Due to its lower density, it should be noted that the MED may deform over time when used by individuals over 75 kg.
