The medical fascia roller has a lower hardness level (20 percent softer than the standard Blackroll). This makes it suitable for beginners, active recovery, sports, yoga, and Pilates. The Blackroll Med is also ideal for therapeutic applications. With the Blackroll, the entire body and all muscle areas can be rolled out. Effectively relieve muscle tension and adhesions in the fascia tissue.
Even during the first applications, muscle tension and adhesions in the fascia tissue are released. Rolling out with the fascia roller significantly increases blood circulation in the affected muscles. The fascia tissue is mobilized, and fascial adhesions are loosened. Regular training with the standard fascia roller enhances the elasticity of the fascia and improves mobility. The Blackroll Med is available in two different lengths (30 and 45 cm).
