The DuoBall is an ideal fascia tool for targeted self-massage in the back and neck areas. With its special recess, the spine can be spared during back massage. Whether for muscle tension or active recovery, exercises with the Blackroll DuoBall can be performed anytime and anywhere, against a wall or on the floor. The fascia ball releases adhesions in the fascia tissue, allowing for targeted self-massage.

The small 8 cm fascia ball is very precise and is primarily suitable for the neck due to its handling. The larger 12 cm fascia ball is excellent for massaging the back. Additionally, the ball is suitable for individuals with a lot of muscle and a broad body surface.

All Blackroll products are made from 100% recyclable material and come from an environmentally friendly production process. The fascia products are free from propellants and other chemical agents. Made in Germany! DuoBalls are odorless and can be easily cleaned and sterilized after training with water and common household cleaning agents.
