Bitterstern is an exceptionally high-quality herbal bitter, developed based on an ancient monastery recipe from the time of Saint Hildegard of Bingen, and has been expanded and improved with 17 herbs to meet the needs of today.
The special extraction process and the high alcohol content of 59% allow for optimal extraction and binding of not only the bitter substances but also the valuable essential oils of these herbs. The essential oils contained in Bitterstern support and complement its bitter components with their unparalleled aroma.
The herbal bitter "Bitterstern," developed by the renowned German naturopath Hannelore Fischer Reska based on an ancient monastery recipe, is particularly soothing after a heavy meal. Letting a little Bitterstern dissolve on the tongue reveals the full aroma of the herbs.
