Cosmetic formulation in gel form, enhanced by the combination of azelaic acid, retinoate (Hpr), and alpha-hydroxy acids. These active ingredients reduce the clogging of sebaceous gland follicles due to their keratolytic, bacteriostatic, and sebum-regulating properties, thus counteracting the formation and development of comedones (white and blackheads). The gel keeps the proliferation of Cutibacterium acnes under control and prevents its inflammatory effects and the associated formation of biofilm.
