The Bio Planète Fresh & Fruity oil pulling mixture has been specially developed for health-conscious customers who find other oil pulling oils too strong or are just starting with oil pulling. This fruity and mild blend of plant oils, including sunflower and sesame oil, ginger, mint, and mandarin oil, as well as oil from curly mint and turmeric extract, creates a pleasant freshness in the mouth. The oil pulling mixture is particularly gentle on the teeth, as mandarin oil contains no acid and the turmeric extract is guaranteed not to cause discoloration.

Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (sunflower oil), Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil (sesame oil), Citrus Nobilis Peel Oil (mandarin oil), Mentha Arvensis Oil (mint oil), Zingiber Officinale Root Oil (ginger oil), Curuma Xanthorrhiza Root Extract (turmeric oil), Mentha Spicata Herb Oil (kral), Zingiber Officinale Root Oil (ginger oil), Curcuma Xanthorrhiza Root Extract (turmeric oil), Mentha Spicata Herb Oil (spearmint oil).
Instructions for use
Use our Fresh & Fruity oil pulling mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Pull, sip and chew 1 tablespoon (10 ml) of the oil through your teeth for 3-5 minutes. Do not gargle. Do not swallow it either, but spit it out after oil pulling and dispose of it in the residual waste. Then rinse your mouth several times with clean water. You can then brush your teeth as normal.
