A gentle light projection on the ceiling helps you consciously perceive your breathing rhythm. It distracts thoughts and reduces brain activity. The pulsating light projection supports a conscious breathing rhythm and can be selected between red and blue light. It features two adjustable breathing techniques: the 4-7-8 yoga breathing technique (4 seconds inhale, 7 seconds hold, 8 seconds exhale) and the relax breathing technique (4 seconds inhale, 6 seconds exhale).
