The ESD dissipative tool holder, designed as a practical Z-shaped table stand, is constructed from sturdy 1.5 mm sheet steel. It has a light gray RAL 7035 ESD powder coating with conductivity between 10^4 and 10^5 Ohm. This holder is suitable for both tweezers and pliers.

The ESD tweezers are made from Vestamid PA12 L-Polyamide, a glass fiber reinforced plastic material that is suitable for clean rooms and EPA environments. This material is permanently antistatic, electrically conductive, and anti-magnetic. It is resistant to acids and can withstand temperatures up to 175°C. Additionally, it is free of silicone and Armin, has the lowest water absorption, and exhibits exceptional impact strength and notched impact strength even at low temperatures. It offers good to very good resistance to greases, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, many solvents, salt solutions, and other chemicals. The material also has excellent stress cracking resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and a low coefficient of sliding friction when dry compared to steel, polybutylene terephthalate, and polyacetal. It also features noise and vibration damping properties.
