Hot use: place the cushion inside the microwave oven and heat at 800W for about 30 seconds; adjust the heating times according to the different types of microwave; reheat to the desired temperature and place on the body surface. Cold use: place the cushion inside the refrigerator or freezer for about 30 to 45 minutes; remove and place on the desired body area.
